Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 May 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of FlowXperia (the "Service"), operated by FlowXperia from Kochi, Kerala, India. By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind the business you are signing up on behalf of. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and applicable Indian law.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the credentials, AI agent configuration, message templates, and content sent through your tenant.
- You must ensure end-users have a genuine opt-in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business.
- You agree not to use the Service for spam, scams, illegal content, or anything that violates Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
3. Wallet & billing
- FlowXperia operates a prepaid wallet model. You top up via Razorpay; the balance is debited per outbound message and per FlowXperia platform fee.
- Per-message cost includes Meta's WhatsApp conversation pricing plus FlowXperia's platform fee, both visible in the dashboard.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused balance does not expire while the account is active.
- If the wallet balance is insufficient, outbound sends are blocked until top-up. Inbound messages continue to be received.
4. WhatsApp Business Account
- Your WABA stays in your name. FlowXperia connects to it via Meta's Embedded Signup; we never share or store your Meta login password.
- You can disconnect your WABA at any time from the dashboard or by contacting Meta directly.
- Meta may suspend or terminate your WABA independently of FlowXperia, in which case the Service for that WABA will pause.
5. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or violate WhatsApp's policies.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the Service's back-end without authorisation.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
- Use the Service for activities prohibited by Indian law or by the laws applicable to the end-user's location.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party large language models to generate suggested replies. You are responsible for reviewing AI behaviour for your tenant, including the agent persona, knowledge base, and guardrail settings. FlowXperia does not guarantee that AI replies will be accurate, complete, or legally compliant in every jurisdiction.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Razorpay), and force majeure events may affect uptime.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Profile > Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or for activities that pose a risk to other users, Meta, or our infrastructure.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowXperia disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to FlowXperia in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
